摘要
目的观察千里光碱对紫外线照射动物的影响。方法采用紫外线照射造模,对比小鼠照射前后的变化。结果千里光脂质体凝胶剂可以减轻紫外光照射引起的皮肤炎症和溃疡。结论千里光碱脂质体凝胶剂对紫外线照射所致的小鼠皮肤炎症和溃疡具有抗炎、抗溃疡的作用。
Objective Observe the influence of integerrimine liposome gels on mousse that were exposed to UVB. Methods Expose mouse to UVB to establish models of inflammation or ulcer. Observe the influence of integerrimine liposome gels on WBG, spleen index and thymus index in mouse. Take pathological eximination in damaged skin. Results Integerrimine liposome gels can relief skin inflammation and ulcer reduced by exposing to UVB. Conclusion Integerrimine liposome gels have anti - inflammation and antiulcer effect that reduced by exposing to UVB.
