手术治疗锁骨骨折48例临床分析

Treat 48 Cases of Fracture of Clavicle by Operation

目的探讨手术治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法将收治的48例锁骨骨折患者进行手术并用克氏针固定的方法治疗。结果Ⅰ期术后切口愈合46例,占98.5%;Ⅱ期2例延迟愈合,占4.17%。结论手术治疗锁骨骨折优于传统治疗方法,使骨折尽可能达到解剖复位,减少患者痛苦,有利于肩关节功能的恢复,节省医疗费用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of treatment to fracture of clavicle by operation. Methods The 48 cases of fracture of clavicle were treatded by operation, then fixed clavicle by Kirschner wire. Results The cuts of 46 cases healed in Ⅰ stage after operation and occupied by 98.5 %, 2 cases late healed in Ⅱstage and occupied by 4.17%. Conclusion The operation surpassed traditional treatment in fracture of clavicle, which could achieve to anatomical repositioning, reduce the pain of patients, profit recovery of shoulder joint＇s function and save medical expense.
