32例宫颈癌Ⅰ_(b2)～Ⅱ_b期术前新辅助化疗的护理体会被引量：1

摘要目的探讨术前新辅助化疗Ⅰb2-Ⅱb期宫颈癌的对症护理措施。方法选择32例术前宫颈癌的病人，术前采用1-2个疗程的静脉化疗后手术，观察近期的疗效并实施相应的护理措施。结果使癌症患者消除了心理障碍，获得了安全感，临床近期有效率达80％，手术切除率达100％。结论宫颈癌患者进行术前新辅助化疗时，及时进行护理干预和对症处理至关重要，有利于减轻患者的负性情绪，减少了并发症的发生。
