摘要
以高温部件的持久试验数据为基础,依据一定的蠕变持久外推方程进行回归处理,然后利用Monte-Carlo方法以及MATLAB的强大计算功能,模拟产生若干个持久寿命。根据持久寿命的随机分散性及其统计特性,预测高温承压部件的持久寿命及其可靠度。
Based on the endurance test data of high temperature parts, a regression processing has been carried out by using the certain creep rupture extrapolation equation, and then several persistent lifes have been simulated and produced by means of Monte Carlo method and the strong calculating function of MATLAB. On the basis of random dispersivity concerning the persistent life and its statistical behavior, the persistent life of high- temperature pressurized parts and their reliability can be predicted.
