摘要 介绍已应用于某发电厂的回转式空气预热器(空预器)漏风控制系统的工作原理。分析了造成空预器漏风的主要原因,提出了一种采用基于语言控制规则的模糊控制器来实现空预器漏风控制的新方法。实际运行结果表明,该系统能够有效地降低空预器的漏风,使得机组总体漏风率下降10%,为机组的安全满负荷运行提供了保证。 The working principles of air- leakage control systems for rotary air preheaters used already in one power plant have been summarized, the main causes leading to air- leakage of air preheaters being analysed, putting forward a new method for realizing air - leakage control of the air preheaters by using the fuzzy controller based on the language control regulations. Results of practical application show that the said system can effectively reduce air - leakage of the air preheater, making the total air - leakage rate of the unit to be reduced by 10%, providing guarantee for safe operation under full load of the unit.
