摘要
通过采用化学成分分析、宏观检验和显微组织分析等方法对石家庄热电有限公司屏式过热器爆管试样进行了分析,并通过氧化皮厚度估算了其当量温度,计算出屏式过热器剩余寿命。分析认为屏式过热器爆管为长时间超温运行,造成材料组织老化及腐蚀引起,建议运行中加强高温金属部件入厂检验、在线监测及寿命评估等,以确保机组安全运行。
Through methods, such as chemical composition analysis, macroscopic examination, and microstructure analysis etc. , the causes resulting in tube - burst on platen superheater in Shijiazhuang Thermal Power Co Ltd have been analysed, the equivalent temperature being estimated through thickness of the oxide skin, and residual service life being calculated. It is recommended to strengthen the plant - incoming inspection of high -temperature metallic parts, online monitoring, and service 1;re evaluation etc. , so as to ensure safe operation of the unit.
