摘要
大唐韩城第二发电公司2×600MW机组锅炉配置的IHI-VS24型中速磨煤机2005年12月投运后,一直存在振动大等问题。对此,通过磨煤机性能试验分析,提出了改造分离器挡板和磨煤机风环等方法,实施后收到了很好的效果,保证了磨煤机的稳定运行。
Alter putting into operation from December, 2005, great vibration and other problems are continuously existing on IHI- VS24 medium speed coal mills originally equiped for boilers of 2 × 600 MW units in Datang Hancheng Power Generation Co Ltd. For this, through performance test and analysis of the coal mill, some measures for retrofitting the bffle plates in separator and the air ring of said mills etc. have been put forward. Alter implementation, very good effect has been obtained, ensuring stable operation of the coal mills.
