Reasons and management of alarm with lower minute ventilation in 167 cases mechanical ventilation

[目的]阐述有创机械通气分钟通气量低限报警的原因及处理措施。[方法]采用计数方法归纳分析167例有创机械通气病人呼吸机分钟通气量低限报警情况。[结果]323例次分钟通气量低限报警主要原因依次为:连接回路163次(50.46%)、气管导管66次(20.43%)、呼吸机参数设置不合理41次(12.69%)、病人原因30次(9.29%)、其他23次(7.12%)。[结论]呼吸机分钟通气量低限报警是呼吸机报警最常见的原因,而回路问题在分钟通气量低限报警中最为常见。

[ Objective] To investigate the reasons and management of alarm with lower minute ventilation in mechanical ventilation. [ Methods ] Analysis the information about 167 alarm of lower minute ventilation by counting and inducing. [ Results ] There were totally 323 cases of ventilator alarm of lower minute ventilation including connect circuit 163 cases （ 50. 46% ）, trach tube 66 cases （20.43%）, improper setting for machine parameter 41 cases （ 12.69% ）, Reason of patients 30 cases （9.29%）, other 23 cases （7.12%）. [ Conclusion] Alarm of lower minute ventilation in mechanical ventilation is the most frequent reasons in mechanical ventilation, and circuit issue is the most matter in alarm of lower minute ventilation. So it is important for doctors to know the causes and management of ventilator alarm with lower minute ventilation in mechanical ventilation to improve treatment and rate of rescue the mechanical ventilation patients.
