LISS治疗股骨远端复杂骨折体会 被引量:1

摘要 随着交通事故等严重高能量损伤的日益增加,骨科医生面临的股骨远端骨折越来越复杂。其常伴有严重软组织损伤、骨折粉碎、骨缺损、骨折波及到膝关节和股四头肌伸膝装置的损伤,诸多因素导致治疗效果不理想。为提高愈合率,减少并发症。本院2004年10月至2005年10月采用AO的USS内固定系统微创技术,治疗股骨远端骨折7例、取得较满意的效果。现报告如下。
