颗粒饲料中真空后喷涂添加芽孢杆菌的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以枯草芽孢杆菌为研究对象,考察了真空后喷涂系统对颗粒间均匀性及颗粒内外均匀性的影响因素。结果表明:真空后喷涂技术可显著提高颗粒饲料内外均匀性并能有效提高芽孢杆菌的活性保存率。就试验系统而言,当混合时间为6 min、喷嘴流量1.5 L/min、喷涂压力0.4 MPa时,颗粒间均匀性达最优;当在颗粒直径2 mm、真空压力0.02 MPa、真空释放时间120 s条件下,对枯草芽孢杆菌进行真空后喷涂试验时颗粒内外均匀性达最优。 A series of experiments taking Bacillus subtilis as a research object were carried to investigate the effects of vacuum spraying technology on the uniformity between pellets and the homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellets. The result indicated that the vacuum spraying technology could improve the homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellets significantly and active conservation rate of Bacillus subtilis effectively. As for the experiment system, the uniformity between pellets was optimum under mixing time 6 min, velocity of nozzle: 1.5 L/min and spraying pressure 0. 4 MPa; and the homogeneity between the inner portion and outer portion of pellets was optimum under diameter of pellet 2 mm, vacuum pressure 0.02 MPa and vacuum equalizing time 120 seconds.
