摘要
根据系统工艺,分析饮用水处理过程的特点和对控制系统的要求,采用西门子S7-200 PLC对控制系统的软硬件进行合理配置,利用PLC强大的逻辑控制功能和较多的内部时钟,实现控制系统的净水过滤和正反冲洗定时时间,各加压泵、反冲洗电机及众多阀门间复杂的联锁控制,保证了控制系统的安全可靠运行,并在运行中取得良好效果.
According to the systematic process, characteristics and control requirements of water treatment process were analyzed. The configuration of software and hardware of the control system were properly conducted by adopting Siemens S7-200 PLC. With the powerful logical control ability and numerous inner timers, the application of PLC realized time control of water filtering, forward-washing and back-washing, and complicated chain control of pumps, motors and valves, by which the control system is guaranteed to perform safely and smoothly and a good effect is achieved in practice.
