摘要
目的以荧光分光光度法为基础建立测定片剂中吡罗昔康含量的新方法。方法基于在pH=3.6的弱酸性介质中,吡罗昔康能够阻抑K2S2O8氧化荧光桃红的荧光淬灭反应。结果吡罗昔康的质量浓度与荧光强度的变化在0.1~2.0μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.12%,该方法的检出限为4.5×10^-2μg/mL。结论该法简便、快速,结果可靠,并应用于药物制剂中吡罗昔康含量的测定,结果令人满意。
Aim To establish a method to determine piroxicam in troches with fluorescence spectrophotometry. Methods It is based on the inhibitory effect of piroxicam on the reaction of K2S2O8 oxidation of fluorescence peachblow catalyzed in acid buffer solution (pH=3.6). Results The linear range of the determination is 0.1-2.0 μg/mL. The detection limit for piroxicam is 4.5×10^-2μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation is 3. 12%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, and sensitive, and can be used for determining piroxicam in capsules or troches.
