摘要
凸轮活塞发动机结构紧凑,体积小,功率大,适宜用作热动力推进主机。对活塞的往复运动规律进行了研究,提出了最佳的设计方案。运用SolidWorks进行了发动机部件的装配体设计,提高了设计质量。将模型导入动力学仿真软件ADAMS,对模型施加力和约束,根据虚拟样机。建立了系统动力学求解方程并进行了动力学仿真分析。
Cam-piston engine has some advantages for its compact structure, small volume and big power. It is suitable to be used as thermal power engine. An optimal design for transforming the reciprocating motion into uniform rotation is presented. The engine components are geometrically modeled and assembled by SolidWorks. The model is leaded into ADAMS and the virtual prototype of system applied with forces and constraints is established. Then dynamics equation is founded and dynamic simulation is implemented.
