符合ISO13584标准的螺纹螺尾三维实体模型的实现

Solid Modeling of Washout Thread Coincided with ISO13584

针对基于ISO13584标准所开发的标准件库中螺纹三维实体模型无螺尾的缺点,依据ISO13584标准,以UG为平台,提出了构造螺纹螺尾三维实体模型的一种方法。首先利用线性函数生成三条交于空间一点的螺旋线,然后把由它们两两构成的三个空间曲面缝合,即得到螺纹实体。此法简单明了,成功地构造出了螺尾,完善了标准件库中的螺纹实体模型。

As the solid modeling of the thread in standard parts library don＇t have washout thread, according to the ISO13584, with UG as a CAD platform, a method of solid modeling for washout thread is presented. First three spiral curves with linear function are generated which meet at a space point and constitute three spatial surfaces, than the spatial surfaces are sewed into the washout thread entity. This method is simple and clear, and the washout thread solid models are constructed to improve those in the ISO13584 standard parts library successfully.
