摘要
探讨了离子交换法生产钼酸铵的氨氮平衡测算,进行了离子交换法生产钼酸铵中含氨溶液的加热加碱脱氨小型试验。试验表明,在一定的工艺条件下,能有效地脱除含氨溶液中的NH4—N,脱除率达99%以上,外排废水达到了GB8978—1996要求的二级标准。
Study is made on the NH3/N balance calculation from ammonium molybdate production by ion exchange. Bench-scale test was done for ammonium removal by heating and alkalization from ammonium- bearing solution during ion exchange. The test results showed that under given technological condition, 99% of NH4-N can be effectively removed from the ammonium solution with waste water discharge up to Class II discharge norms as specified in GB8978--1996.
