回族、汉族、藏族大学生时间管理倾向与成就动机的相关研究

A Correlation Study between Time Management Disposition and Achievement Motivation of Hui,Han and Tibetan University Students

本研究采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和成就动机测量表对西北民族大学的184名回族、汉族、藏族大学生进行问卷调查。调查结果表明:汉族、藏族大学生,回族、藏族大学生在时间价值感、时间监控观上存在着显著的差异,在时间效能感上无差异;回族、藏族大学生在避免失败的动机上存在差异,在追求成功的动机上无差异;时间管理倾向与成就动机之间存在相关关系;时间监控观对成就动机具有预测作用。

A survey has been made by using Adolescence Time Management Disposition Questionnaire and Achievenlent Motivation Scale among 184 Hui, Hail and Tibetan university students in Northwest University for Nationalities. The results show that between Han and Tibetan students as tbere arc distinct differences in sense of time value and time management well as between Hui and Tibetan students ; while there is no difference in time efficacy. There are differences in motivation to avoid failure between Hui and Tibetan students; while there is no difference in motivation to pursue success. There exists correlation between time management disposition and achievement motivation, and time management plays the role of prediction in motivation of success.
