新疆少数民族中小学双语教师培训的现状及对策研究

A Study of the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Bilingual Training at Ethnic Minority Middle and Primary Schools in Xinjiang

在新疆这个多民族、多语言、多文字的地区,推广双语教学是培养少数民族双语型人才的最佳途径,双语教师的培训则是搞好双语教学的关键。笔者以两次问卷调查为依据,在分析少数民族中小学双语教师培训中存在问题的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策。

Xinjiang is a region of multi nationalities with multi languages. Promoting bilingual teaching is tbe best way to train bilingual talented personnel of ethnic minorities, and training bilingual teachers is the key the development of bilingual teaching. Based on two questionnaire surveys, the writer analyzes the problems existi in the training of bilingual teachers of ethnic middle and primary schools and puts forward some measures to sol the problems.
