新疆双语教学的实践与创新刍议

Opinions about Practice and Innovation of Bilingual Teaching in Xinjiang

双语教学是新疆时代发展的需要,也是改革开放的需要。本文从新疆双语教育的历史必然性、新疆双语教育实践的类型、新疆双语教学的创新之路等几个方面探讨了新疆双语教学的实践与创新。新疆双语教学既是一个教育问题,又是一个学术问题,加强新疆的双语教育,对于增强中华民族文化交流和爱国教育、维护祖国统一和民族团结,都具有特殊的意义。

Bilingual teaching is not only the demand of development in Xinjiang but also the denland of reform and opening up. This paper discusses practice and innovation of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang from the aspects of historical inevitability, types of practice and innovative approaches of bilingual education in Xinjiang. It is both an educational issue and an academic issue. Promoting bilingual education in Xinjiang is of special significance not only to enhancing education of the Chinese culture and patriotism but also to safeguarding national integrity and unity.
