民族教育及其学校教育机构承担着民族文化传承的重要使命。学校教育培养人的使命与文化发展是不相矛盾的,学校教育是发展文化的基础。由于民族学校文化使命的特殊性,必须通过学校文化建设传递和延续民族文化,具体通过课程建设、课堂教学活动和文化环境建设等途径进行。
