西部地区农村留守儿童的教育问题——以青海省海东地区为例

The Education Problems of Unattended Children Left in Countryside in Western Areas

城市化进程中大量劳动力输出是农村留守儿童产生的直接原因,城乡二元管理体制是农村留守儿童产生的根源,农民工社会保障体系的不完善是产生农村留守儿童的内在原因之一。为解决西部地区农村留守儿童的教育问题,必须改革现有的城乡二元教育管理体制,发挥学校教育资源优势作用,完善留守儿童的社会保障机制。

A large number of labor export and the dualistic management system of city and rural leads to many children left and unattended in the rural place during civilization, and the imperfect guarantee system of peasant workers also work for it. To solve the educational problems of unattended and left children in the rural place of western area, we must reform the current dualistic educational managing system and develop the useful educational resources to perfect the social security system of unattended and left children.
