论媒介素养对西部教育资源建设的意义和作用

On Significance and Roles of Media Quality in Constructing Educational Recourses of the West

西部教育资源因种种原因存在着开发、利用不足,资源配置不合理,人力资源匮乏等问题。在国家和地方政府有限的投入下,如何正确而充分利用大众媒介信息资源十分重要。本文提出了媒介素养对西部教育资源有着建设性作用,正确有效地获取大众媒介信息可以促使西部教育资源的开发,科学准确地分析评判媒介信息有利于西部教育资源的优化,健康的信息传播则有利于西部教育资源的整合。

Due to various reasons, there exist problems of insufficient development and utilization, irrational distribution of resources and shortage of human resources in educational resources of the West. As for how to make correct and full use of mass media information resources with limited input from the State and local governments, the writer points out that media quality plays a constructive role in educational resources of the West. More specifically speaking, correct and efficient access to mass media information can promote development of educational resources of the West; scientific and accurate analysis and evaluation of media information can help optimize educational resources of the West; and healthy dissemination of information will benefit integration of educational resources of the West.
