摘要
发展和谐劳动关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要目标,同时也是社会是否和谐的重要尺度。私营企业的背景特征和对劳动关系管理的特殊性,使得当前私营企业劳资关系存在着很多问题。如何采取行之有效的管理方法和策略,构建和谐共赢的劳资关系,是提升私营企业国际竞争力和推进私营企业不断向前发展的重要一环,对构建社会主义和谐社会有着重大的意义。
In order to build a harmonious socialist society and to improve the international competitiveness of the private enterprises, to develop the harmonious labor relations is not only the important objective, but also the scale to measure the harmony of society. A lot of problems remain to be solved in the field of labor relations because of the characteristics of management and background in the private enterprises. Furthermore, it is of great significance to take the effective measures and strategy and to build the harmonious and all-win labor-capital relationship.
