The New Mode of Quality-oriented Education and Training for Workers

首都职工素质教育工程领导小组按照"创争"领导小组的工作主旨制定了2007年的培训思路:继续开展通用能力的培训;开展和完善菜单式培训;结合北京市重点工作开展有关迎奥运的培训;和重点人群相结合,将培训向农民工群体拓展。通过整合社会优质资源,为企业和职工提供丰厚的学习资源、浓厚的学习氛围、优越的学习条件,提升广大职工的整体素质。

The leading group of quality-oriented program for capital workers has worked out an education and training program 2007. The program is stated as follows： continue to carry out training on common ability, improve the mode of training; carry out training on Olympics and rural workers. In order to improve the overall quality of workers, it is of significance to provide the abundant education resources and create the conditions for study through integration of good education resources in society.
