摘要
采用微量热法研究中药提取液对食品中细菌的代谢作用,对于探讨中药提取液的药理药效和对人体的保健作用具有重要意义。本研究采用微量热法测定了不同浓度的银杏叶提取液、芦荟提取液对食品中大肠杆菌代谢作用的热功率——时间曲线,按指数生长模型计算出大肠杆菌在不同浓度的银杏叶提取液、芦荟提取液中的生长速率常数,确定了最适用银杏叶提取液和芦荟提取液的质量浓度。结果表明,银杏叶提取液、芦荟提取液对大肠杆菌具有促进代谢作用。
It is important to study the action of chinese herbal extractive fluid on metabolism of E.coli using microcalorimetric method.Using microcalorimetric method,the power-time curves of E.coli were determined under the promoter action of Ginkgo leaves and Aloe by using a thermal activity monitor.The growth rate was constant in the logarithmic phase at different concentration of the Ginkgo leaves and Aloe;It was proved that the eatrective fluids of Ginkgo leaves and Aloe can promote the metabolism of E.coli.
