洪水频率分析计算新方法初探

摘要 以非参数统计理论为基础,把变换理论和非参数统计理论结合起来,建立了洪水频率分析的非参密度变换模型。通过变换,改进了非参数统计核密度估计方法,提高了小样本的估计精度,避开了窗宽选择的难题。为洪水频率分析提供了另外一种参考方法。 By combination of the transformation theory with nonparametric statistical theory,It establishes nonparmetric density transference model.The present model improves the precision in small sample estimation,and avoids the difficulty in choosing bandwidth.It provides an alternatire method to floodfrequency.
