摘要
合成了四对三氟甲基苯硼酸钠和四对三氟甲基苯硼-组织胺离子缔合物,以该离子缔合物为对组织胺敏感的电活性物,进行了组织胺离子选择性微电极的研究。同时制备了对组织胺敏感的双通道离子选择性微电极,并对电极进行了考核。考核结果表明,该电极在1.0×10-2~2.4×10-5mol/L浓度范围内对组织胺具有稳定的线性响应,平均斜率为52mV/PC,检测下限为1.8 × 10-6mol/L。用该电极测定了过敏大白鼠腹膜内肥大细胞在抗原攻击前后的组织胺含量的变化。
Anion selective microelectrode sensitive to histamine has been described in this paper. The synthesis of histamine sensitive 1iquid ion exchanger, being 5% (W/W) tetra(tri- fluoromethylphenyl)boron-histamine compounds dissolved in 3-nitro-xylol,and the fabrica- tion of corresponding two channel microelectrode based on such ion exchanger are reported. The calibration curves and their slopes, selectivity, stability and detection limits for different solutions are observed. Also, a rat hyperresponsive model is developed with intraperitoneally injection of ovalbumin. The ion selective electrode being discussed is used to detect respec- tively the concentration of histamine in rat mast cells before and 3 h. after a challenge with antigen.
