摘要
在对企业管理层员工的绩效评价中,评价体系往往倾向于素质测评,而素质具有模糊性,于是合理而有效的量化就成了必要的手段。本文利用模糊数学中的理论,结合实例在对管理层员工绩效评价中运用模糊综合评判模型,并根据实际问题中经常出现的情况,改进该模型中的算子以及结合多层次模型的应用,克服原始模型在应用时的局限和不足。
In the system of value the empleyee's achievement, but the character have faintness, so of the necessity. This paper makes use of the theories in misty mathematics, combining a example to explain the former of misty synthesize adjudicate in management and employee's achievement. Auording to the usual problems, improve the operater in the former and overcome the shortage in original model.
