摘要
介绍了ABS、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯等塑料的化学镀表面金属化工艺。对其关键工序表面粗化方法进行了综述。列举了3种结合力检测方法。指出了塑料金属化今后的发展趋势。
Electroless plating processes for surface metallization of plastics, such as ABS, polypropylene （PP）, polystyrene （PS） and polyvinyl chloride （PVC） were introduced. The key process - surface roughening was reviewed. Three methods for testing adhesion strength were presented. The development trends of plastic metallization were pointed out.
