表面处理工艺中"室温"是一个很模糊的概念,一般理解为"工艺槽液既不用加热也不用降温"。但中国不同地区温差大,有些地区一天温差也大,许多室温工艺实际上适应不了如此宽的温度范围。举例说明了几个液温高时不宜采用的几个工艺(如硫酸盐酸性光亮镀铜、锌酸盐镀锌等)和液温低时不宜采用的工艺(如室温除油工艺、室温磷化工艺)。建议最好对液温标明温度使用上下限,并提出液温过高或过低时的应对措施。
"Room temperature" is a very vague concept in surface treatment processes, which implies that, generally, at such a "room temperature", neither heating nor cooling is needed for the bath. But in China, there are big temperature differences between different areas and even in the same day of certain areas, and, as a matter of fact, many room temperature processes can not tolerate wide temperature range. The author presented several processes unsuitable for using at high bath temperature (such as bright acidic copper plating using sulfate bath, zincate zinc plating, etc) and at low bath temperature (such as room temperature degreasing process and phosphating process). It is also suggested that the bath temperature limits (upper and lower) should be noted and the measures should be given for dealing with the troubles appeared at too high or too low bath temperature.
