摘要
提出一种同时测定抗坏血酸和丙酮酸的同步荧光分析法。选择激发单色器和发射单色器的波长差△λ=80 nm进行同步扫描,两者的特征峰发生明显“错位”而部分分离。在350 nm和380 nm(λex)测定混合体系的同步荧光强度,再用系数校正法计算,可分别求出两组分含量。本法用于水果中抗坏血酸和丙酮酸的同时测定,结果满意。
A synchronous fluorimetric method for simultaneous determination of ascorbic acid and pyruvic acid has been developed. This method is based on the evident difference of synchronous fluorescence spectral characteristics between the two acids (when △λ=80 nm). Determinating the synchronous fluorescence intensities of the mixture compounds at 350 nm and 380 nm(λex),and calculating by coefficient correction, the contents of the two compunds can be established respectively. This method has been applied to the determinations of ascor- bic acid and pyruvic acid in some fruits. Both the accuracy and precision are satisfactory.
