摘要
目的:研究p53、bcl-2和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在视网膜母细胞瘤(rentinoblastoma,Rb)中的表达。方法:对46例视网膜母细胞瘤标本采用免疫组织化学方法观察p53、bcl-2和PCNA表达水平。结果:46例标本中p53、bcl-2和PCNA的阳性表达率与18例正常视网膜组织相比差异具非常显著性。结论:Rb的发生与细胞凋亡调控基因异常有关,分析p53、bcl-2和PCNA在Rb中的表达,对于了解Rb的发生,发展及诊断有重要意义。
Objective： To investigate the expression of p53. bcl-2 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen（PCNA）. Methods： Immunohistoehemieal staining was used to determine the expression of the P16, P53 and PCNA in 46 eases of refinoblastoma. Results： p53. bcl- 2 and PCNA were remarkably expressed in refinoblastoma retina, compared to the expressions in normal retina. Collusions： The occurrence of Rb is the result of multiple gene mutations.The deteminations of p53,bcl-2 and PCNA are significant to know the oceurance.developing and diagnose of Rb.
