门诊抗生素合理使用调查分析

Analysis and Research of Antibacterials Rational Usage of Outpatient

目的为抗生素的使用管理提供参考。方法抽取我院2006年1至12月每月1、2、3日的门诊处方共5115张,按事先设计好的表格进行统计分析。结果抗生素使用率为41.72%。单用一种抗生素的频度较高,占80.69%,应用时间少于或等于3天的占68.98%,静脉滴注给药占41.52%,大约有1/3的处方存在给药间隔不当、给药剂量不当、药理拮抗、重复用药等不合理用药情况。结论应进一步加强合理用药的督导。

Objective Providing reference for antibaeterials usage and management. Methods Selecting 5115 pieces prescriptions on 1st, 2nd and third day of every month in 2006, analysis and statistics these prescriptions according designed forms. Results The usage rate of antibacterials is 41.72%. Singal antibacterials which usage rate is high share 80.69% ,usage duration less than or equal three days is 70%, Intravenous infusion is close to 50%. There are dosage duration improper, dosage improper, pharmacological antagonism, repeat medication etc, unreasonable medicine usages in around one third prescriptions.
