用pGEMT-easy质粒载体构建了经白粉菌诱导0.5 h、1.0 h、12 h、24 h和48 h的小麦-黑麦1BL/1RS易位系99/2439叶片cDNA文库1个.文库宿主菌为E.coliDH10B,诱导文库平均插入片段为1 kb左右.
To construct cDNA library is a prerequisite for gene cloning. In this study, a cDNA library was constructed using mRNA extracted from leaves of a wheat-rye 1BL/1RS alien translocation line 99/2439, induced with Blumeria graminis. The cloning vector is a plasmid pGEMT-easy vector, which was introduced into E. coli DH10B. The average insert size is 1.2 kb in the cDNA library.
