摘要
将亚甲绿混合在碳糊中制成化学修饰电极对肾上腺素(Ep)的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,降低Ep氧化过电位400mV。该电极用于流动注射分析(FIA)能大大提高Ep的检测灵敏度。其线性范围为1.0×107~5.0×104mol/L;检测限为1.0×108mol/L(0.25pmol,S/N=3)。经过6d连续测定,响应值仅下降 18%。
Methylene green modified carbon paste electrodes show high catalytic activity to epinephrine (Ep), reducing oxidation overpotential by 400mV. In flow injecion analysis of Ep, the linear response range is l. 0 ×l07~ 5. 0×104 mol/L and the detection limit is l×108mol/L eq. 0. 25 pmol when S/N= 3. The electrode retains 82% of its initial re- sponse after continuous detection for 6 days.
