Dust Collecting Process for the Converter and Mixer in Honghe Iron and Steel Company

根据烟气的特性,在转炉炉前、炉后设置捕集点,对二次烟气进行捕集;在混铁炉兑铁口和出铁口设置捕集点,对混铁炉烟气进行捕集。除尘系统采用负压操作,自动控制,经除尘后排放烟气低于国家排放标准,操作场地含尘量符合国家卫生标准。

Based on the characteristics of the soot, the collecting points of the dust collecting system are set before and after the converter for collecting secondary soot, and the collecting points are set to the scoop and taphole of the mixer for dust collecting. The dust collecting system runs at negative pressure and it is auto controlled. The dust content in the off-gas after dust collecting is lower than the national emission standard and the dust content at the operation site can meet the national sanitation standard.
