摘要
通过对LaCaMnO3、La(CaSr)MnO3、LaSrCoO3等超巨磁电阻薄膜的激光感生热电电压(LITV)效应的研究,发现这种现象是由晶体中的热电系数张量的各向异性引起的。并且由于不同CMR薄膜材料LITV信号的响应时间不同,且其LITV信号峰值与激光功率/能量成很好的线性关系,可以用来制作不同的快响应光热探测器件。
It was found that there are Laser Induced Thermoelectric Voltage ( LITV ) in CMR thin films ( LaCaMnO3, La (CaSt) MnO3 , LaSrCoO3 thin films) when a laser beam is incident on them. Later research proves that this LITV is originated from the anisotropic Seebeck effect in the crystals. The peak voltage of the measured LITV signal shows a good linear relation to laser energy and power in the measured range. These thin films ( LaCaMnO3, La (CaSr) MnO3 andLaSrCoO3 thin films) have fast response in a wide laser (light) spectrum. So they can be designed as novel detectors with more excellent performance than traditional thermo-detectors.
