Review of International Symposium on Academy and Confucianism in East Asia

"东亚书院与儒学国际研讨会"在湖南大学岳麓书院成功举办。这次会议以多学科、多视角、新方法研究为特点,来自海内外的专家学者围绕书院本身、书院与儒学的关系、韩国书院研究三个主要方面展开学术交流。对韩国书院的研究是这次会议的亮点,而对中外书院的比较研究将成为以后书院研究努力的方向。

＂International symposium on academy and Confucianism in East Asia＂ has been hold successfully in Yuelu Academy of Hunan University.This international symposium had characteristics of the study of multiple subjects,many perspective and new methods.Experts and scholars at home and abroad gathered together to discuss fiercely about three topic,which were as follows： the study of classical academy,the relationship between ancient academy in East Asia and Confucianism,the study of academy in Korea.The highlight of it was the study of Korean academies,while the comparative research on Chinese and foreign academies will make great efforts to do in the future.
