Modular Design of a Reconfigurable Machine Tool Mechanical System

摘要 根据可重构机床设计理念,通过对工件工艺特征进行辨认,制定、区分和组合出加工工序;利用旋量理论建立机床基本功能模块的运动学表达式,并在此基础上完成机床机械系统的运动功能模块建模;最后提出可重构机床样机的结构方案. Accordlng reconfigurable machine tool design theory, we distinguish and the workpiece machining processes after the technology characteristics. We use theory to establish the basic functions composite identifying the screw of machinekinematics model. And on this basis, completing the motion module modeling of machine mechanical system. Last, the structure program of the reconfigurable prototype machine is also presented.
