摘要
分析了并条机自调匀整中喇叭口检测机构,提出把DSP应用到检测装置中.设计以DSP(TMS320C5402)为核心硬件电路系统.采集到的信号经过A/D转换后在DSP中进行频谱分析,分析后数据再传给工控机进一部处理.充分利用了DSP频谱分析快的特点,提高了自调匀整的效率.
This paper introduces the detection device based on the pipe in autoleveller of drawing frame and the application of DSP is used on the detection device. A system is designed based on DSP. Signals are guided to A/D chip after sampling. After A/D converting, digital signals are guided to DSP chip TMS320VC5402 and are analyzed by FFT,then guided to PC through McBSP for further treatment. FFT transformation is realized by DSP improves the efficiency.
