摘要
为了优化传统高频引弧器设计和提高引弧成功率,设计了一种以HA17555构成的多谐振荡器为核心的高频引弧器.给出了它的原理及参数设计方法.DSP根据霍尔电流传感器采样的电流信号对引弧进行控制.实验表明,引弧电路大大减小、引弧能力强,安全可靠.
The paper describes a kind of high frequency arc starter based on HA17555 for optimizing the traditional high frequency arc starter and promoting efficiency of the high frequency arc starter. The principle and the methods for designing it's basic parameters introduced in this paper. The DSP controlling signal used in starting arc is sampled by the Hall current sensor. The test shows that the high frequency starter circuit with good starting arc capability is smaller than the traditional one. The stability and reliability have been greatly improved.
