摘要
合成了二硫化二（Ｎ，Ｎ－１，４－亚丁基）秋兰姆（简称 ＢＩＴＤＳ），以它为中性载体，并嵌入类脂双层膜中，制成了铂支撑的双层类脂膜生物传感器．实验结果表明，该传感器对铜离子具有好的选择性和灵敏度，线性响应范围为 １０^-5～１０^-2 ｍｏｌ／Ｌ Ｃｕ~2+，响应斜率为 ３２ ｍＶ／ｐＣ．
A kind of N, N-(1, 4-butylidene)-thiuram disulfide has been synthesized, which can be used as neutral support and embedded in bilayer lipid membrane. A sensor based on the solid supported bilayer lipid membrane has been constructed. It shows good selectivity and linear potentiometric responsibility for copper ion in the range of 10^-5 - 10^-2 mol/L with a slope of 32 mV/pC.
