摘要
合成了二硫化二(N,N-1,4-亚丁基)秋兰姆(简称 BITDS),以它为中性载体,并嵌入类脂双层膜中,制成了铂支撑的双层类脂膜生物传感器.实验结果表明,该传感器对铜离子具有好的选择性和灵敏度,线性响应范围为 10^-5~10^-2 mol/L Cu~2+,响应斜率为 32 mV/pC.
A kind of N, N-(1, 4-butylidene)-thiuram disulfide has been synthesized, which can be used as neutral support and embedded in bilayer lipid membrane. A sensor based on the solid supported bilayer lipid membrane has been constructed. It shows good selectivity and linear potentiometric responsibility for copper ion in the range of 10^-5 - 10^-2 mol/L with a slope of 32 mV/pC.
