1996-2005年内蒙古巴彦淖尔市中学学生营养状况调查及健康促进对策分析

Investigation on nutrition status of middle school students during the period from 1996 to 2005 in Bayannaoer City,Inner Mogolia

目的了解巴彦淖尔市中学生的营养状况,提出合理建议及健康促进干预措施。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取巴彦淖尔市所辖7个旗县中学所有学生,分别测量身高体重,采用χ2检验比较各项指标。结果被调查的58148人中,肥胖检出率为9.42%,超重检出率为8.37%,营养缺乏检出率为15.78%。10年间肥胖检出率呈上升趋势,营养缺乏检出率呈波动趋势。结论巴彦淖尔市中学生营养过剩和营养缺乏问题同时存在。

Objective To survey the nutrition status of students in middle schools in Bayannaoer City and propose improving strategies and relevant health promotion interventions. Methods The random sampling was used to select the students. The survey included height and weight measure and use χ^2 test to compare various index. Results Among 58148 surveyed students, 9.42 % were obesity and 8.37% overweight, 15.78 % were nutritional deficiency. The rate of obesity increased and the rate of nutritional deficiency waved during last 10 years. Conclusion Nutritional deficiency and ovemutrition coexist in the middle school students in Bayannaoer City.
