摘要
目的本研究通过对两所学校高一新生入学的体验式心理教育活动,考察其对学习成绩和心理素质的影响。方法对两校高一新生189人进行实验处理,对比接受体验式心理教育的实验班与对照班各项指标的差异。结果新生入学的体验式心理教育对学生学习成绩及教师教学效率的影响效果显著;对认知驱力学习动机、自我价值驱力学习动机、学业自我效能感、元认知监控能力和班级凝聚力的影响效果显著。结论体验式心理教育通过促进学生非智力因素的发展以及学习型组织的建立,从而提高了学生学习成绩。
Objective To discuss how the experiential mental health education affects academic achievement and psychological diathesis, through a close study on the freshmen of two high schools. Methods 189 freshmen of two high schools were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The findings based on experiment were compared. Results The experiential education enhanced academic achievement and teaching efficiency. It was also positive correlation with learning motivation, selfefficacy, metacognition control as well as class cohesiveness. Conclusion The experiential education developed students' non-intellectual factors and facilitates organizational learning. Thus it enhanced academic achievement.
