注射用亚胺培南西司他丁钠与5种输液配伍稳定性研究

Investigation of the compatible stability of imipenem and cilastatin sodium for injection in five injections

目的考察注射用亚胺培南西司他丁钠在5种输液中的稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用亚胺培南西司他丁钠与5种输液配伍6 h内的含量变化,同时考察了溶液的外观、pH值变化。结果6 h内溶液的pH值及亚胺培南含量均发生了较明显改变,含葡萄糖溶液的外观也有明显变化。结论注射用亚胺培南西司他丁钠与常用输液配伍不稳定,临床上应现配现用,且尽量少以葡萄糖为溶媒。

Aim To study the compatible stability of imipenem and eilastatin sodium for injection in five injections. Methods The contents of imipenem and eilastatin in five mixed solutions were determinated by HPLC, The appearance and pH value of the mixed solutions were also examined. Results The pH value and the content of imipenem changed obviously during 6 h. The appearance of the solutions involving glucose changed at the same time. Conclusion The compatible stability of imipenem and eilastatin sodium for injection with five injections was poor, and is not so good in glucose injection, so imipenem and eilastatin sodium for injection should be prepared for immediate use.
