Uncertainty evaluation in the determination of HMF in honey

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定蜂蜜中羟甲基糠醛含量的不确定度评定方法。方法用HPLC法测定蜂蜜中羟甲基糠醛含量,并评定其不确定度。结果本次实验的不确定度评估为1.91 mg.kg-1。结论建立的不确定度计算方法客观、准确,在实际工作中有较强的实用性。

Aim To establish a method for uncertainty of measurement of HMF in honey by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods Determinate the HMF in honey by HPLC and evaluate the uncertainty. Results The uncertainty of this test is 1. 91 mg · kg^-1. Conclusion This mathematic model of uncertainty estimation is reasonable and reliable.
