血栓闭塞性脉管炎的诊疗现状

血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种累及中小动静脉的非动脉硬化性血管炎性闭塞性疾病，自百余年前首次报道以来，在世界各地均有发现，发病率差异很大，发达地区发病率在下降，女性病人比例则不断升高。病因及发病机制尚不清楚，但吸烟是公认的主要原因。该病目前仍无统一诊断标准，一些药物如前列腺素类对其有一定效果，交感神经切除有较好的临床效果，骨髓干细胞移植和基因治疗可能会为我们带来更多选择。本文就近年诊治现状给予综述。

Thromboangiitis obliterans is a non-atherosclerotic inflammatory disease affecting small and medium sized arteries and veins. Since first reported more than a hundred years ago, it is found worldwide, and the incidence is quite uneven. The incidence in developed countries is descending, and the ratio of fe- male patients is rising in recent years. The etiology is still unclear. Tobacco plays an important role in the initiation and progression of thromboangitis obliterans. The diagnostic criteria are still varing. Drugs such as prostanoid, have been shown effective in some patients. Sympathectomy has been proved effective too. Bone marrow stem cells transplantation and gene therapy may bring more choices for us. We review some articles about thromboangitis obliterans in this paper.
