导管接触性溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的进展

Progress on catheter-directed thrombolysis in treating acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity

急性下肢深静脉血栓形成可导致严重的近期和远期并发症。近年来发展的导管接触性溶栓治疗对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成有较好的疗效，成功率达92％，出血并发症约5％～10％。本文就其操作方法、溶栓药物和并发症等进行介绍。

Acute deep vein thrombosis may lead to serious early and late complications. In recent years, catheter-directed thrombolysis techniques have offered a viable effect in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity, the success rate in acute phase reaches 92% with a bleeding rate of approximately 5% - 10%. This article introduce the methods, thrombolysis agents, therapeutic effect and complications about the catheter-detected thrombolysis.
