In the background of economic globalization, education globalization is becoming an overwhelming tide in present world. Based on the economic globalization analysis norm, this paper gives a structure exploration on the three aspects of appearance, history and principle of education globalization. Further exploration is given on the challenge of state middle-long terms strategy security and on the creative problems of education policy in the education globalization background
