卵母细胞成熟过程MPF的调控和MPF的作用底物

Mechanism underlying regualtion and role of maturation promoting factor during oocyte maturation

摘要 系统综述卵母细胞成熟过程中成熟促进因子的调控及其作用底物。研究表明,卵母细胞成熟过程中,成熟促进因子的活性受Cdc25、Myt1和Wee1蛋白以及泛素信号途径的调控,而成熟促进因子本身又可作用于下游的信号分子,如Aurora A蛋白、核纤层蛋白和组蛋白等,来发挥其在成熟过程中的中心调控作用。 This review covers the regulation of maturation promoting factor and its role during oocyte maturation. Upstream signal molecule such as Cdc25, Mytl and Weel protein, as well as ubiquitin-dependent signaling system is required for regulation of MPF activity, while MPF plays a central role during maturaion process, regulating the activity of many downstreem factors, including Aurora A, lamine and histone protein and so on.
