摘要
针对自行开发的基于ATMEGA128数字埋弧自动焊接中心控制系统,详细介绍了数字埋弧焊电源单片机控制技术、自动焊接中心控制系统的总体结构以及远端控制手操器、上位机等各控制部分的设计。通过采用AVR系列高档单片机ATMEGA128控制技术,多机串行通信技术、变频调速技术,使自动焊接中心的数字控制更灵活、人机界面操作更人性化、功能更强。
The digital submerged arc welding machine and its auto-control center system based on Atmega128 are designed ,the total construction of the control system,singlechip control & digital control applying in the control system are analyzed in detail.By adopting the mode of AVR singlechip ATMEGA128 digital control technology,Multiple MCUs serial communication technology, frequency conversion timing,we design the auto-control center system,which make the digital control more active,and also improves the man-machine communication interaction performance and strengthen the function of control system.
